LEGO seems to be diving more into the manga/anime world with the teasing of a Dragonball set/theme together with Toei Animation. Coming in strong behind the success of partnerships with global anime franchises such as Pokemon and One Piece, the Dragonball franchise seems to be finally coming to LEGO.
Previously the domain of Bandai Namco, it looks like The LEGO Group finally has the licensing rights to one of the most popular shonen manga of all time, Dragonball.
The teaser shows the 4th Dragonball which is associated with the start of the Dragonball series with young Son Goku holding on to it cluelessly as just a weird family heirloom rolling into the frame of the other six Dragonballs resulting in them glowing and heralding the likely coming of Shenron
