The pre-order link on Toys R Us Singapore’s site for the upcoming January 2019 of the 80101 and 80102 sets has been released. These two sets are region exclusives and not a retailer specific exclusive so you will find it being listed soon by other retailers in the appointed countries.
*Update: The pre-order above has closed on 15th December 2018 as initial allocated stocks have run out. Other retail outlets in Singapore have also opened their pre-orders including monostore ToysHunt an LCS The Brick Shop. Bricks Smart in Malaysia has also opened up pre-orders.

Interestingly, news has flowed down to us through the LAN(Lego Ambassador Network) that the Asian Pacific countries that will have exclusive distribution are :
Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Taiwan.
