LEGO has been teasing about a collaboration with Aston Martin and James Bond previously on social media signing off with the hashtag #licencetobuild. Yesterday, there were further news released that gives us even more details, without revealing the images directly.
Firstly, promobricks shared that a pre-order page from a Lego Certified Store in Budapest Hungary showed further teasers with recognizable silhouette of James Bond alongside a classic sports car and the webpage was titled”LEGO-Creator-Expert-Aston-Martin-DB5-elorendeles”.
Next, Bousteentjes.info shared that the Italian Lego Certified Store flyer teased two upcoming sets. One is the 21311 Voltron set which has been officially announced last week and the other one shows off a 007 branded graphic and signs off with the set name 10262 James Bond Aston Martin!
Finally, LEGO has created a Facebook event to invite the public to a TOP SECRET LEGO event in the Leicester London Flagship store on the 18th of July 2018 and we are almost certain that this will be for the launch of the said set. LEGO is certainly trying to make a big wave by partnering with these two established names and we can’t wait to see the result.
