LEGO has revealed the Modular Building for 2023 and it will be the 10312 Jazz Club.
It comes in 5 distinct sections that feature a Jazz Club, a Pizzeria, a Managerial office, a Tailor’s Workshop, a Dressing Room and a Rooftop Green House
This 2899pcs set will be available on the 1st of Jan 2023 and will also include 8 minifigures including a Tailor, Club Manager, Magician, Drummer, Bassist, Jazz Singer, Chef and a Pizza Delivery Driver.
That’s a pretty sweet looking Cello piece!
The set measures 30cm high, 26cm wide(and deep) and combines wonderfully with the rest of the Modular Buildings collection
It will be priced at USD 229.99/GBP 199.99/229.99 Euros / 299.99 CAD / 349.99 AUD.
