The LEGO Group will be testing out a pilot program in the UK by releasing different variations of 3 existing sets from 1st September 2021 to 30th November 2021.

The pilot program will last until 30th November 2021 or until stocks last. They are planned to be only a single production run and there will be no repeat runs after the pilot is over.

Previously, a different Pilot program was run for the LEGO FORMA theme on crowdfunding site indiegogo which also focused on customers from the UK (and included the US for that time)

“The LEGO Group is running a pilot with a small number of products to gain a deeper understanding of what our fans want from our portfolio and where they prefer to shop for new or unique products. The pilot includes variations of some of our existing products, so we can find out more about the colors and sizes of sets that fans of all ages want to see more of in our portfolio. ”THE LEGO GROUP
