LEGO has announced via TV Insider their reveal of the second of the expected 3 exclusive to SDCC 2018 free minifigures (distributed to interested SDCC attendees via lottery) and it’s Black Lightning.
Black Lightning is most recently portrayed in the titular CW TV Series re-screened on Netflix. It has currently completed its first season and this exclusive figure is based on that iteration.

To get access to the the minifigure, eligible members may should log on to their Comic-Con Member ID account, and click the link under the “Exclusives” tab to submit their interest. The Exclusives Portal will close on July 12, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) so SDCC2018 attendees, please do register your interest to get a chance to own this freebie if you have not!
Participants will be selected by random drawing on or around July 13, 2018 for redemption on July 19, 2018.
