AFOL Dylanchow via Bricksjoy has uncovered a new set on sale at Billund Airport and it’s a huge 76139 – 1989 Batmobile based on the Batmobile featured in the Tim Burton movie. Estimated to be on sale elsewhere at the end Nov/early December 2019, this set features ~3300 pcs of bricks and carries 3 unique minifigures based on the 1989 movie version of Batman; namely the titular hero/anti-hero: Batman played by Michael Keaton, his nemesis Joker played by Jack Nicholson and love interest Vicki Vale played by Kim Basinger. It’s being sold for about 280 euros there so we think it’ll retail at about 250-260 euros in Germany later.
There have been heavy rumours of an accompanying gift with purchase set and we guess we’ll more hear about it when the time comes.
